Return & Refund Policy

Every item in our store is made to order, printed individually just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

We believe in what we make, and we want you to love it.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days at hi@onegoodthing.space with a photo of the issue. We will replace it or make it right at no cost to you.

European Union customers

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling off period does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized. As all of our products are printed on demand for each individual order, they fall under this exemption. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will always replace it.
