Welcome

These terms apply to your use of the One Good Thing Store at store.onegoodthing.space, operated by Supratim Dam ("we", "us", "our"). The store is powered by Shopify.

By using this store, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your credentials secure.

Our Products

All products are made to order using print-on-demand services. We do our best to accurately represent colors and designs, but slight variations may occur between what you see on screen and the printed product due to differences in displays and printing processes.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.

Orders & Pricing

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once we accept payment. Prices include the product cost but may not include taxes, shipping, or customs duties, which vary by location.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time of your order.

Because our products are made to order, we may be unable to cancel orders once accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Shipping & Delivery

All delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Returns & Refunds

Every item is printed individually, just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days at hi@onegoodthing.space with a photo of the issue. We will replace it at no cost to you.

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling off period does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications. As all products are printed on demand for each individual order, they fall under this exemption.

Intellectual Property

All content on this store, including designs, illustrations, text, and branding, is owned by One Good Thing and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without written permission.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at onegoodthing.space/privacy. Because the store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain data in accordance with their privacy policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or purchase of products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid.
